Role Overview ZG Developments is seeking a high-caliber Sales Director to lead our sales division and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record of high-stakes project launches and a deep-rooted network within the West Cairo real estate ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company targets. Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team and external brokerage networks. Analyze market trends in West Cairo to identify new opportunities and competitive pricing strategies. Oversee the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to contract closing.
Mandatory Requirements Industry Tenure: Minimum of 10 years of experience working directly for Real Estate Developers.
Leadership Seniority:At least 2 years of experience specifically in the role of Sales Director.
Proven Track Record:Successful leadership of at least 2 major project launches with documented sell-out success.
Regional Expertise:Deep market knowledge and profound existing connections with brokerage firms in West Cairo (6th of October & Sheikh Zayed).
