Senior Account Manager Representative – Saa SLocation Egypt (Remote / Hybrid) Working Hours Full-time5 working days per week8 hours per day Industry Saa S Software Solutions (API & System Integrations) Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Account Manager / Senior Account Representative with 5+ years of experience managing and growing B2B Saa S accounts. The role focuses on maintaining long-term client relationships, driving account expansion, and supporting clients across Egypt and GCC markets, with exposure to Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market Saa S accounts Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities for Saa S and integration solutions Work closely with sales, pre-sales, and technical teams to ensure successful onboarding and integrations Understand client business needs and recommend suitable API and system integration solutions Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and renewals Monitor account performance, usage, and revenue growth Maintain accurate account data and forecasts in CRM systems Support contract renewals and commercial negotiations Required Qualifications & Experience5+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Account Executive, or Senior Sales Representative in B2B Saa SStrong experience managing long-term client relationships Good understanding of Saa S platforms, APIs, and system integrations Experience dealing with regional or GCC clients (Saudi exposure is a strong plus) Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage) Preferred Qualifications Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho, etc.) Background in integration platforms, middleware, or enterprise software Experience working remotely or in hybrid teams What We Offer Competitive salary package Performance-based incentives Remote / hybrid work model Exposure to regional (GCC) Saa S clients Career growth within a fast-scaling Saa S company
