Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our e& CX Solutions team. The role is based in the UAE and requires strong experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) with a proven track record of acquiring new accounts, driving revenue growth, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the CX solutions domain. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and expand client base. Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored CX solutions that meet client needs. Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals to achieve sales targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategy. Provide regular reports on pipeline, forecasts, and business performance. Requirements Minimum 5–7 years of business development experience in BPO or CX solutions. Demonstrated success in acquiring new accounts and achieving sales targets. Strong understanding of customer experience (CX) solutions and outsourcing models. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
