Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist for El Sewedy Digital will manage the end-to-end recruitment for mid-level and specialist digital roles, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
Key Responsibilities:Discuss hiring needs with hiring managers and align with job descriptions. Work on the assigned job requisitions and ensure timely fulfillment. Handle the hiring cycle, facilitate hiring assessments and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Manage offering sessions with shortlisted candidates. Build and maintain talent pipelines for future digital roles and internships. Update recruitment trackers and reports. Maintain accurate records in recruitment systems and ensure compliance with policies. Represent the company at employment fairs and networking events.
Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.2+ years of experience in talent acquisition. Strong sourcing and interviewing skills for digital roles. Familiarity with recruitment tools and HR systems. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
