Job Description:Lead and manage multiple high-scale projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, strategic objectives, and operational requirements. Oversee the integration of change management practices into project plans, ensuring effective adoption and alignment with the company’s transformation goals. Collaborate with senior business leaders, project sponsors, and external partners to define scope, objectives, and key deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of all project milestones within budget. Provide direction, guidance, and motivation to project teams, fostering a collaborative, and high-performance environment. Continuously assess project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure the successful execution of projects, maintaining high-quality standards. Maintain clear, consistent project documentation and reporting. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project performance.
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, Business Management, or related fields. At least 5-8 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional projects. Fluency in English is must. Strong leadership and people management capabilities. Advanced project management skills, including resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Deep understanding of change management principles and their application in complex projects. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to drive results and maintain alignment with business strategy and objectives.
