Role:Outreach Specialist / Business Development Representative (DACH) with strong communication skills and interest in marketing and operations support. Main focus is pipeline generation and early-stage sales conversations, with room to grow into more responsibility as the company scales. Must-have profile:Fluent German (written and spoken) and very good English1–3 years experience in B2B sales, BDR/SDR, customer service or similar client-facing role Minimum Bachelor's degree on relevant field Comfortable with outreach: calling prospects, finding and contacting leads, booking and holding intro meetings Experience (or strong interest) in:Reaching people through various channels (phone, email, LI) - hunting the leads down. Lead search and market research Drafting email and Linked In message sequences and call scripts Using CRM / sales tools Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident phone and video presence Home-office setup with stable internet connection Personality and working style:Open, curious and coachable – wants feedback and likes to learn from others Can adjust in the moment during calls and meetings, not just follow a script Structured and reliable with follow-ups and documentation (keeps CRM clean, updates notes, tracks tasks) Enjoys working in a small team, “wearing different hats” and helping where needed Resilient with rejection and able to keep motivation high in outbound phases Nice-to-have extras: Strong German copywriting for outreach sequences, landing pages, and marketing posts Experience in financial services, tech, Saa S or consulting Basic data skills: reporting from CRM, building simple dashboards, analysing campaign performance
