The IT Specialist ensures the continuous availability and security of the company's technology infrastructure. This role involves managing hardware, software, and network systems while providing expert assistance to internal teams.
Key Responsibilities System Maintenance: Install, configure, and update hardware (servers, PCs, peripherals) and software applications. Network Administration: Monitor and troubleshoot connectivity, including firewalls, routers, and switches. Cybersecurity Oversight: Manage security certificates, monitor for threats, and ensure data backup compliance. User Support: Act as the primary point of contact for technical issues, resolving tickets efficiently and providing training to staff. Vendor Coordination: Work with external service providers for equipment procurement and system maintenance.
Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 2–5 years in IT support or system administration. Technical Stack: Proficiency in Windows/Linux, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a significant advantage in 2026. Certifications: Comp TIA A+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) preferred. Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
