Role Description

This full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo requires a Purchasing Manager with real estate experience. The Purchasing Manager will manage procurement processes, develop sourcing strategies, and oversee supplier relationships. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, monitoring supplier performance, and collaborating with project management teams to meet operational needs. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining procurement policies and ensuring compliance with financial and legal guidelines.

Qualifications

Proven experience in procurement, supplier negotiation, and contract management, particularly within the real estate and project management sectors Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess cost and manage budgets effectively Proficiency in vendor relationship management and sourcing best practices Excellent organizational and communication skills, along with attention to detail Proficiency in procurement software and tools, as well as basic financial and legal knowledge related to purchasing A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a relevant professional certification is a plus
