Role Description

This is a full-time Dental Equipments sales , on-site role located in Alexandria and Delta area for a Team Leader. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and supervising team members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and meet quality standards. The role includes coordinating team activities, providing guidance to team members, and monitoring performance metrics. The Team Leader will also be responsible for conflict resolution, goal setting, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Leadership, communication, and team management skills Problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking abilities Project planning, organizational skills, and time management proficiency Adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach to challenges Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills Proven ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry , bio medical engineering, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is advantageous
