Role Objectives : We are seeking an IT Coordinator to manage employee IT onboarding and offboarding, oversee IT assets, and provide operational support across the organization. This role works closely with HR, Finance, Purchasing, and external vendors to ensure assets, systems, and IT services are delivered efficiently throughout the employee lifecycle. What You’ll Do :● Coordinating with the purchasing team to bring the assets● Preparing the assets to be usable for the candidates● Handling tickets● Conducting onboarding and offboarding processes● Handling paperwork● Managing the stock of the assets● Coordinating maintenance of the assets with vendors● Coordinating with the Telecommunication companies for SIM Cards stock
What We’re Looking For : 1–3 years of experience in an IT coordination, IT support, or operations-related role. Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software. Strong communication and coordination skills. Good time management and organizational abilities.
