Role Description :Responsible for preparing a comprehensive plan for the sales team to cover their designated area, working on building the sales team, selecting the best salespeople to achieve the required targets, solving all problems faced by the sales team and preventing their recurrence, attracting the largest possible number of clients to our bank, and following up on approvals for clients who have submitted applications.
Core Responsibilities:-Working on forming the sales team and selecting the best salespeople to achieve the desired targets. -Working on resolving all issues faced by the sales team and preventing their recurrence. -Following up on approvals for customers who have submitted applications to our bank.-Monitoring approvals for clients who have submitted applications to our bank. -Following up with the credit department daily to review applications in order to obtain credit approvals and inform the clients. Requirements:
-At least 6 years of experience-Proficiency in English.
