Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Exhibit Manager located in Heliopolis. The Exhibit Manager will oversee exhibit planning, design, and installation processes to ensure successful project delivery. Key responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, managing timelines and budgets, supervising logistics, and ensuring quality standards are met. The role also involves addressing on-site challenges, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
Project management skills including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation Experience in exhibit design, installation processes, and space arrangement Strong communication and collaboration skills for stakeholder and vendor management Problem-solving and adaptability in addressing on-site challenges and ensuring project deadlines Knowledge of operational guidelines, safety regulations, and compliance standards Proficiency in tools/software related to project management and exhibit design (e.g., CAD, MS Project) Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Architecture, Design, or a related field preferred Previous experience in exhibit or event management is highly beneficial
