Key Responsibilities:
Conducting onboarding and offboarding meetings Coordinating contract signings Managing employee files and documentation Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist in enforcing HR policies and disciplinary procedures. High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
Job Specifications:
University graduate, preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Law Minimum of 1 year of experience in Personnel Affairs English proficiency: Medium level (both spoken and written)
