Role Description We are seeking a professional and organized Russian Speaker Admin member to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative duties, manage client communication, and support daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow within the firm.
Key Responsibilities:Welcome clients and visitors and direct them appropriately. Answer phone calls and emails professionally and promptly. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and lawyers’ schedules. Prepare, organize, and maintain documents and files. Support the HR and administrative functions as needed. Assist clients with inquiries and provide accurate information. Handle basic office tasks such as scanning, printing, and filing. Ensure the reception and office areas are always presentable.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Upper-Intermediate in Russian Language1–3 years of experience in administration or customer service (law firm experience is an advantage). Fluent in English (written and spoken). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Presentable, professional, and customer-focused. Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information.
