Role Overview
We are looking for a Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our fitness coaches.
This role is about people, trust, and ownership. You will be responsible for supporting coaches, keeping them engaged, and ensuring they succeed while working with Sporship.
Core Requirements Strong communication and relationship-building skills. High emotional intelligence and empathy. Ability to handle different personalities and situations calmly. Strong sense of ownership and responsibility. Organized and detail-oriented. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment. Willing to work mainly from the office (4 days on-site). Professional Background Experience in account management, customer success, customer support, operations, or relationship management. Experience dealing with freelancers, service providers, or clients is a strong plus. Background in fitness, sports, wellness, or service businesses is a plus, but not required.
