About the Role We are looking for a senior Marketing & Brand Strategist to own and lead Enrolledge’s marketing function. This role focuses on shaping how Enrolledge is positioned in the market, how its value is communicated, and how marketing supports sustained brand authority and business impact across Egypt and the GCC. It requires a strong strategic mindset, deep market understanding, and the ability to translate insights into clear marketing direction across content, channels, and campaigns. Key Responsibilities:Market & Industry Intelligence Conduct in-depth market research across the corporate training, consultancy, and L&D sectors in Egypt, the GCC, and the wider Middle East. Identify key market segments and industry trends. Benchmark positioning, messaging, offerings, and visibility. Translate insights into clear strategic recommendations. Brand Positioning & Strategy Own Enrolledge’s brand positioning and value proposition. Develop and document a clear brand strategy aligned with business objectives. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints. Continuously refine positioning based on market dynamics and the competitive landscape. Marketing Strategy & Planning Build and maintain the overall marketing strategy and marketing plan. Define campaign objectives, priorities, timelines, and KPIs. Align marketing initiatives with business development needs. Ensure marketing efforts emphasize authority, credibility, and quality engagement. Content Strategy & Direction Design the overall content strategy and editorial calendar. Define content themes, topics, and formats (Linked In, social media platforms, website, newsletters, thought leadership, podcasts, etc.). Collaborate with internal teams and subject-matter experts to translate expertise into market-ready content. Ensure content reflects current industry knowledge and brand positioning. Channel Strategy & Execution Oversight Define and manage channel strategies, with a primary focus on:Linked In (B2B authority and thought leadership) Social media platforms Website (credibility, positioning, and SEO) Newsletters Oversee publishing consistency, channel optimization, and performance tracking. Campaign Management & Demand Generation Define success metrics and KPIs for marketing campaigns. Set and manage marketing budgets. Coordinate and manage external resources, including media buyers and designers. Ensure alignment between paid and organic efforts and overall brand strategy. Digital Visibility & Analytics Oversee Enrolledge’s digital presence and online visibility. Collaborate on SEO and search visibility initiatives. Monitor performance metrics and extract actionable insights. Translate data into continuous marketing improvements. Requirements Experience5–8 years of experience in B2B marketing. Proven experience in brand strategy, positioning, and marketing planning. Strong background in market research and competitive analysis. Experience in one or more of the following industries:Corporate Training Consultancy Professional Services Technology or knowledge-based services Exposure to Egypt and/or GCC markets. Experience managing and coordinating designers and media buyers.
