As JSC Concern TITAN-2 is taking part of the Dabaa Nuclear power plant project as we are hiring a Monitoring Specialist in the Pricing and cost management department Engineering Directorate to work at the construction site in El Dabaa with Accommodation and transportation provided by the company
Education Civil or Arch. Engineering Graduate
Responsibilities Research and identify prospective suppliers by preparing proposals, requesting quotes, communicating with them to get the proposals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers Analyze price proposals and other data and information Prepare cost analyze report Ensure all necessary technical information are provided before processing the request to ensure report are met. Analyze potential vendors and suppliers for future project needs.
Qualifications Proven experience in Procurement Management, purchasing of construction materials is most preferred Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Ability to use reference, administrative, methodological and regulatory documentation. Knowledge of Egyptian market vendors of construction materials; lessors of construction machinery and special equipment and mechanisms. Strong analytical and demonstrated ability to synthesize information from many sources. Knowledge of Building and Construction Materials, Construction machinery and special equipment. Excellent user for MS Office, especially Excel. Min 2 years of experience in a procurement in construction role Proficiency in English Language Written and Spoken
