Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Supervisor located in the Riyadh Region. The Telesales Supervisor will be responsible for leading and managing the telesales team, establishing sales targets, and developing strategies to achieve them. Responsibilities include monitoring team performance, identifying areas for improvement, providing training, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires collaboration with other departments to implement best practices and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships with clients and manage interactions effectively. Team Leadership and Team Management experience to guide, motivate, and ensure high performance among team members. Strong Analytical Skills to assess sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to improve team success. Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in using CRM tools and relevant software is a plus. Experience in the training sector is a must. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
