Role Description The Quality Specialist (GSM) is responsible for monitoring and ensuring adherence to quality standards within company operations. Daily tasks include conducting quality audits, analyzing and evaluating performance data, and identifying improvement areas in processes. Additionally, the role requires implementing quality control measures, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating with teams to enhance service delivery. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt.

Requirements:
-English level B2
-Quality experience as Quality for 1 year.
-Call Center and GSM Mobile background.
-Experience in the telecom industry (Accounts) is a must like -COPC awareness and knowledge.
