We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in sales and customer relationship management within the telecom industry. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with key telecom and enterprise customers. Act as the main point of contact between the company and clients, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts. Understand customer requirements and align them with the right telecom and ICT solutions. Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate proposals. Prepare and present professional offers, proposals, and account plans. Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to contract closure. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to develop effective account strategies. Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships. Qualifications and Experience+3 years of experience in telecom sales or account management. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field Strong understanding of operator environments, preferably with Etisalat, Vodafone, or similar telecom operators. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Technical awareness of telecom or ICT solutions is a plus.
