Job Duties:
· Implement Company’s Procurement Strategy & Policies· Build and develop relationships with suppliers and internal-customers· Getting offers from suppliers in the market within the project specs.· Preparing a comparison selection process is based on the qualified suppliers assessed by NSF KPI’s.· Follow-up with the Supplier the application, delivery, quality, certificates & to control the losses according to project type.· Prepare & publish periodic reports related to the field of responsibilities.· Follow-up the payment process with Finance Dept. of all suppliers Maintain Purchasing files·
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor in Engineering.- 1 to 3 Years experience in Procurement Field (Preferably in an industrial set-up)- Good English Language (Speaking & Writing)- Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Internet Applications- Good computer skills (Database, Spreadsheet, & Pivot Tables) (Preferred)- Ability to communicate findings, make recommendations, facilitate, and change multi-task- Understand contracts and tariffs (Preferred)- Project management skills (Preferred)
