Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, for this academic year 2025/2026. The High School College & Career Counselor will guide students in exploring post-secondary education and career opportunities by providing personalized college and career advising. Responsibilities include assisting students with college applications, facilitating career development workshops, offering one-on-one advising sessions, organizing college fairs, and collaborating with teachers and families to support students' academic and personal goals.
Qualifications Strong expertise in College and Career Counseling. Prior experience as a school college counselor or related role is highly desirable Familiarity with college admissions processes and regulations, career exploration tools, and educational pathways Excellent Communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to support and connect with students, parents, and staff Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple student cases effectively
