Nozha Group is looking for a highly experienced Human Resources Director to lead HR strategy across Nozha Beach Resort and Vintro Inn Hotel.
The role is based primarily in Cairo Head Office, with frequent presence at our operational sites in Ras Sudr.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead full HR strategy aligned with company growth plans
• Oversee Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & Manpower Planning
• Build HR systems, policies, SOPs and performance frameworks
• Lead Compensation & Benefits programs and workforce budgeting
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and internal regulations
• Coach, manage and grow HR teams on-site at the resorts
• Drive training, development & employee engagement initiatives
• Support organizational restructuring and future expansion plans
• Partner closely with CEO, Resort GM, and department heads
• Maintain a positive, transparent, and performance-driven culture

Requirements

• Minimum 8–12 years HR experience, preferably in Hospitality or FMCG
• Proven HR leadership experience managing multi-site operations
• Strong knowledge of labor law, HR systems & process automation
• Excellent people management and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with strong planning & reporting capability
• Ability to spend routine time at resort operations in Ras Sudr
