Role Description-Business Development Manager – IT Services This is a full-time role, open to candidates based in Jordan or Egypt, working closely with our Riyadh headquarters. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, closing deals, and driving revenue growth for IT and digital services.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling IT services, building long-term client relationships, and expanding business opportunities across regional and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:-Identify, target, and acquire new clients for IT services, including software development, mobile apps, Saa S, cloud, and digital solutions Conduct market research to identify industries, companies, and decision-makers with potential needs Generate leads through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and online platforms Present and pitch tailored IT solutions based on client requirements Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project handover Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance using CRM tools Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
Qualifications & Skills-Proven experience in Business Development or Sales for IT / Software Services Strong understanding of custom software development, mobile apps, Saa S, and digital solutions Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong ability in lead generation and client acquisition Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely with cross-border teams Experience using CRM tools (Hub Spot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred) Fluency in English is required Arabic fluency is a strong advantage
