Job Overview We are seeking a highly capable HR Section Lead with strong experience in B2B environments and a proven ability to build, structure, and lead HR departments effectively across organizations. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to ensure HR functions fully support business objectives and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, personnel, payroll, performance management, and employee relations. Build, develop, and continuously improve HR structures, policies, and processes in alignment with business and operational goals. Act as a strategic HR partner to management, supporting decision-making in a B2B-driven business environment. Oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-performing teams. Ensure full compliance with labor laws, internal regulations, and corporate governance standards. Manage performance appraisal systems, career development plans, and succession planning. Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions in a professional and fair manner. Prepare HR reports, KPIs, and workforce analytics to support leadership insights and planning. Lead, coach, and develop HR team members to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement. Support organizational culture, engagement initiatives, and change management processes.
Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Solid understanding of B2B business models and how HR functions contribute to client-focused organizations. Proven experience in building, managing, and scaling HR departments within companies or institutions. Strong knowledge of labor law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage confidential information with high integrity and professionalism. Experience with HR systems, reporting tools, and workforce analytics is a strong plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
