Job Summary:

The Technical Office Engineer is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and coordinating all technical documents, shop drawings, material submittals, and project specifications. The role ensures that construction activities comply with design requirements, standards, and client specifications, while supporting the site team with accurate technical information.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings.

Develop quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bill of quantities (BOQ).

Review project specifications, drawings, and contract documents to ensure compliance.

Prepare material submittals and follow up on approvals with consultants/clients.

Coordinate with site engineers to provide technical support during execution.

Ensure timely issuance of RFIs (Request for Information) to clarify discrepancies.

Monitor and track project documents, reports, and correspondence.

Assist in planning, scheduling, and progress reporting.

Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding technical issues.

Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with quality and safety standards.


Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Condition Graduate from a public university

experience From 5-7 years Technical Office Engineer in construction or contracting companies.

Strong knowledge of construction standards, codes, and project specifications.

Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, MS Office, and project management software (Primavera or MS Project is a plus).

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
