Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Sales Engineer. The incumbent will be responsible for delivering technical expertise to support sales efforts, understanding client requirements, and providing solutions tailored to their needs. Day-to-day tasks include managing technical presentations, assisting the sales team, conducting product demonstrations, and resolving customer queries. Close collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders is essential to meet business objectives.
Qualifications Proficiency in Sales Engineering, including experience in technical sales processes and presenting technical solutions to clients. Strong capabilities in Technical Support to address client inquiries and troubleshoot product-related challenges effectively. Excellent Communication skills to explain technical concepts in a user-friendly manner and build lasting client relationships. Skills in Sales and Customer Service to identify client needs, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction. Understanding of industrial and commercial product applications is an asset. Capability to work in a collaborative, on-site environment and adapt to dynamic project requirements. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
