Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Microsoft System Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to manage, maintain, and support Microsoft-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure system stability, security, and performance while providing effective technical support.
Key Responsibilities: • Administer and maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments • Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP • Support and manage Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, One Drive, Share Point) • Monitor system performance, backups, and security updates • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues • Ensure data integrity, security, and system availability • Collaborate with IT teams to implement system upgrades and improvements • Document systems, processes, and procedures
Requirements: • 2–3 years of experience as a Microsoft System Administrator • Strong knowledge of Windows Server & Microsoft infrastructure • Hands-on experience with Active Directory & Microsoft 365 • Fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory) • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications: • Graduate of an American, British, or German University • Relevant Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MS-100, AZ-900 – a plus)
