Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Assistant role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Assistant will support day-to-day administrative tasks, ensure efficient office operations, manage schedules, and coordinate communication between team members and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include organizing meetings, maintaining records, assisting in project coordination, and performing general clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently handle administrative tasks and prioritize workload Proficient in communication, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and scheduling tools Problem-solving skills and adaptability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively Prior administrative experience or relevant qualifications are preferred Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration, Organizational Studies, or similar) is a plus
