Engage with customers, system integrators, and end-users, collaborating with the sales team to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions. Deliver hands-on workshop training to customers and system integrators. Design Bills of Quantities (BOQ) as per heatmap or equivalent brand solutions. Collaborate closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers' business requirements.
