Role Description Mopars Garage is seeking a full-time, on-site Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. The Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact between customers and the service team, ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities include scheduling service appointments, providing accurate service estimates, communicating repair needs, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the repair process. The role also involves maintaining knowledge of automotive repairs and services.
Qualifications Strong understanding of Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive Repair processes Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical details in a customer-friendly manner Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities Previous experience in the automotive industry, ideally in a service advisory capacity, is highly preferred Proficiency in using automotive service software and basic computer applications is a plus A customer-first mindset with a commitment to upholding the company's high standards of quality and service High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications in automotive services are advantageous
