???? Job Summary Aqua Delta Company is hiring a strong HR Recruiter to handle both blue-collar and white-collar recruitment, with primary focus on blue-collar, mass hiring, and sourcing activities. The ideal candidate is hands-on, field-oriented when needed, and capable of closing high-volume roles while also supporting professional hiring.
???? Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar positions. Source candidates through diverse and non-traditional channels: job portals, Facebook & Whats App groups, referrals, field sourcing, walk-ins, and Linked In. Conduct HR screening interviews and coordinate technical / managerial interviews. Partner with department heads and operations teams to understand manpower plans and hiring priorities. Prepare and update job descriptions aligned with business and operational needs. Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, pipelines, and hiring reports. Ensure fast turnaround and positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding. Support employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and workforce planning initiatives. Ensure recruitment practices comply with Egyptian Labor Law and company policies.
???? Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3–5 years of recruitment experience, with strong hands-on exposure to blue-collar & white-collar. Proven ability to source candidates using creative, high-volume recruitment channels. Experience recruiting white-collar roles (administrative, technical, supervisory) is required. Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate assessment skills. Very good knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and Linked In sourcing. Good understanding of Egyptian Labor Law fundamentals. Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring deadlines. Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills. Good command of MS Excel & Word. English level: Good.
???? Preferred Experience:Background in industrial, FMCG, construction, manufacturing, or logistics environments. Experience managing simultaneous mass and professional hiring pipelines. Strong sourcing mindset with proven results in hard-to-fill blue-collar roles. Recruitment reporting, dashboards, and manpower analytics experience.
