Teleperformance Egypt is seeking English-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support global accounts via calls and chat at our New Cairo site.
Compensation & Benefits: • Net salary up to 19,000 EGP (including performance-based KPIs in Euro Equivalent) + Quarter bonus in Euro Equivalent. • Accounts with sales incentives • Paid training • Medical & social insurance • Transportation across Cairo & Giza - door to door for females after 11 PM.
Role Overview: • Handle customer inquiries professionally via calls or chat • Provide accurate information and effective solutions • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements: • University graduates • Fluent English / level B2 or above • Flexibility with rotational and night shifts
