Job Summary:The Retail Manager at Go Native is responsible for overseeing multiple stores and leading sales teams to drive business growth, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experience. This role involves managing store performance, team development, visual merchandising, inventory control, and cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment with the company’s standards and strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of multiple stores to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance with company policies. Drive sales performance across all assigned stores and ensure achievement of targets. Monitor and analyze KPIs (Sales, ATV, UPT, Conversion Rate, Sell-through) to identify opportunities for growth. Lead, coach, and develop store managers and retail teams to build a high-performance culture. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback. Coordinate with HR on recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for all stores. Ensure visual merchandising execution aligns with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns. Monitor stock availability, inventory accuracy, and coordinate with warehouse teams. Minimize stock loss, shrinkage, and operational discrepancies across all locations. Maintain high standards of customer service and address feedback or complaints promptly. Ensure stores comply with company policies, procedures, and local regulations. Conduct regular store visits, audits, and operational reviews. Collaborate with internal departments to support retail strategy, marketing campaigns, and merchandising initiatives. Prepare and present regular performance reports with insights and recommendations to senior management. Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Retail Management, or a related field.8–12 years of experience in retail management, including at least 3–5 years managing multiple stores or a regional team. Proven track record in driving sales, managing store operations, and leading large teams. Strong understanding of fashion retail, seasonality, and store performance KPIs. Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and operational data. Proficiency in MS Excel and retail reporting tools. Exceptional communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
