Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Product Manager specializing in the ophthalmic industry, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Product Manager will oversee the entire product lifecycle, including market research, product development, and implementation. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining product requirements, guiding teams through execution, monitoring product performance, and ensuring alignment with company strategy and customer needs. The role also involves establishing relationships with stakeholders and staying informed on industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
Qualifications
Strong product management and strategic planning capabilities Experience in market research, product development, and product lifecycle management Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills Knowledge of the ophthalmic industry and a solid understanding of product marketing Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and drive results Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
