We are seeking an experienced Independent Consultant- Manager to provide strategic guidance and deliver high-impact solutions across multiple workstreams. This role is ideal for professionals with strong analytical abilities, strategic thinking skills, and the flexibility to engage across complex projects.
Key Responsibilities Support project teams and stakeholders in delivering actionable strategies across diverse initiatives. Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities in Egypt’s real estate and urban development sectors. Design innovative strategies and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and long-term objectives. Participate in high-level meetings with government and private sector representatives; capture and summarize decisions, risks, and action items. Advise on local regulations, zoning laws, and compliance requirements relevant to development projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement key initiatives and ensure smooth project execution. Conduct in-depth data analyses to generate insights and support decision-making. Prepare professional presentations, proposals, and reports with clear visuals for executive-level audiences. Deliver briefings, summaries, and supporting materials for senior leadership in external meetings. Facilitate project management routines, including workstream check-ins, milestone reviews, risk assessments, and reporting cycles.
Required Skills & Competencies Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-impact environments with multiple concurrent projects. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing executives and key stakeholders. Flexible and adaptable, able to manage shifting priorities and collaborate across diverse teams. Skilled at conveying strategic insights clearly and persuasively to senior leadership. Leadership experience in diverse group settings and comfort navigating complex project landscapes. Ability to conceptualize, communicate, and implement strategic solutions. Experience working with multicultural teams is an advantage.
Experience & Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in management, strategy, or consulting at a top-tier firm. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university; MBA or other advanced degrees preferred. Fluent in Arabic and English (both verbal and written).
