Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Coordinator. The position is based in Cairo. The Operations Coordinator will oversee daily operational tasks, assist in streamlining workflows, coordinate with various departments to ensure quality service, support customer service needs, and help maintain operational efficiency. Administrative duties and participation in implementing operational strategies are also integral aspects of this role.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to monitor processes and improve operational efficiency Excellent communication and customer service skills to collaborate with stakeholders and address client needs Proficiency in operations management and related procedures Experience in administrative assistance and organizational duties Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent experience Proficiency in relevant software and tools Experience in the pharmaceutical, logistics, or healthcare distribution sector is a plus
