Leading regional hospitality group looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator, tasked to assist the Marketing Manager in leading, planning and directing marketing activities. The ideal candidate must have digital marketing and social media experience, in addition to hospitality and restaurants experience within Egypt. Experience in the Gulf Countries such as the United Arab Emirates is a plus.
Qualifications Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing/brand management Minimum of 2 years experience in digital marketing Minimum of 2 years experience in marketing/brand management within hospitality Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of all social networking platforms Knowledge of local hospitality scene
Responsibilities Assist the Marketing Manager in leading, planning and directing the marketing activities of the group Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns Establish digital presence for multiple concepts across multiple platforms such as Google, Trip Advisor, social media platforms, and others Ongoing marketing and seasonal/event-related marketing activations, various activities, and promotions. Insure company social media strategy is in place and fully implemented Allocating, assigning and coordinating with influencers and bloggers, along with the related budget Run rating booster campaigns as needed (internal & external) Maintain all platforms up to date and audit them as needed, following up with account managers as required Implement marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analysing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations Execute multiple activations according to the yearly calendar both online and offline Execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads Track performance of all marketing campaigns Analyse brand position in different market with market surveys and analysis Ensure effective marketing plans and strategies are implemented and conducted efficiently Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases Coordinating and planning events related activities and related coordination with concerned team
