Role Description This is a full time - onsite role for a Digital Marketing Executive. The individual will develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, manage social media campaigns, create engaging content, and optimize campaigns using web analytics tools. Other responsibilities include analyzing market trends, tracking performance metrics, and providing insights to improve the overall effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications Experience in Marketing and Communication strategies to support brand growth and engagement
• Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions. • Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across all major platforms (Meta, Google, Tik Tok, Linked In, Snapchat) using a performance marketing approach focused on ROI, CPL, CPA, and ROAS. • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize targeting, creatives, and budgets to maximize results. • Manage and grow social media channels, including content planning, campaign execution, and performance analysis. Skills in Web Content Writing for content development and optimization Knowledge of Web Analytics to track and evaluate digital marketing performance Strong multitasking and organizational capabilities Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
