Role Description1) identify, evaluate, and select overseas suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability. 2) negotiate contracts, payment terms, and shipping conditions with international vendors. 3) Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including purchase requisitions, purchasing orders, and documentation. 4) coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics teams to ensure smooth import operations. 5) Monitor and track shipment status to guarantee on-time delivery. 6) ensure compliance with international trade regulations, import laws, and company policies. 7) prepare reports on purchasing activities, cost analysis, and supplier performance. 8) collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Operations, Production, etc) to align procurement activities with organizational needs Qualifications0 - 1 year of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Basic understanding of international trade and import regulations. Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Willingness to learn and adapt to new procurement processes and technologies.
