Key Responsibilities:· Manage day-to-day sales operations to ensure smooth execution of sales plans to achieve sales targets.· Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers, distributors, and partners to drive sales growth and expand market presence.· Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through targeted prospecting, including dealers, traders, and fleet customers· Increase customer data base through areas prospection (Dealers & Traders and Fleets).· Regularly visit existing and prospective customers to address their needs, resolve issues, and ensure their satisfaction, while fostering strong partnerships and loyalty.· Collaborate with internal teams, including Finance, After Sales, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless handling of all customer-related activities, from sales to after-sales service and collections.· Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, ensuring that all data is validated and properly recorded.· Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activity to adapt sales strategies and approaches, ensuring alignment with market demands.· Meet the business commercial and financial objectives by achieving the sales targets· Consistently meet business objectives by achieving annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets. Focus on enhancing sales volume, value, and profit margins· Monitor competitor activities, including promotions, pricing, and product offerings, and provide insights to the management team to support informed decision-making regarding pricing, commercial policies, and credit terms.· Take full responsibility for the customer’s statement of accounts, ensuring timely payments and effective collections.· Submit sales reports (Daily – Weekly & Monthly and yearly Reports) as per the planned calendar reflecting annual budget Vs achieved including variance analysis.
Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field· Solid understanding of sales skills and techniques.· Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills.· Solid Automotive experience· A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales. · Good in English speaking and writing.
