Role Description Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet production schedules and targets. Lead and motivate production teams to ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards. Monitor and analyze production KPIs such as OEE, yield, waste, and downtime, and implement improvement plans. Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations and product availability. Identify and address production bottlenecks, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal efficiency. Ensure that all production processes comply with ISO standards and internal quality requirements. Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce cost. Maintain proper documentation of production reports, shift activities, and operational performance. Manage workforce scheduling, training, and performance evaluation for operators and supervisors. Ensure a safe working environment and promote safety awareness among team members. Participate in new product launches, process trials, and commissioning of new equipment..
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 7 years of experience in a utility or maintenance role within an FMCG or food manufacturing environment. Strong technical knowledge of boilers, chillers, compressors, HVAC, and water treatment systems. Experience with PLC-controlled systems is a plus. Good command of English (written and spoken). Excellent problem-solving, an Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial, or Food Technology. Minimum 5 years of experience in production management within an FMCG or food manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of production planning, process control, and lean manufacturing principles. Experience in managing teams and achieving production targets under strict deadlines. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Good command of English and computer literacy (MS Office, ERP systems).alytical, and leadership skills.
