✨ About the Role:
We are seeking a Foreign Procurement Specialist with extensive experience in importing industrial items and spare parts. The selected candidate will manage key strategic categories, coordinate with ports, warehouses, and the procurement team, and ensure high-quality and cost-effective sourcing from international suppliers ????
???? Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle foreign purchasing operations for industrial items and spare parts.
✅ Collect & verify annual/strategic demand from various ports.
✅ Manage the purchase of warehouse sheet metal coils and arrange for local forming (better quality + major cost savings).
✅ Study importing selected transportation spare parts with high consumption rates.
✅ Source and evaluate suppliers for critical items with low-quality alternatives in the local market (hydraulic hoses, cement/silo hoses, lubricants, etc.)
✅ Coordinate purchase orders, shipping, customs, and delivery follow-up.
✅ Collaborate with technical teams, finance, and warehouses to ensure timely supply.
???? Qualifications:
???? Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
????1 – 3 years of experience in foreign purchasing (industrial/spare parts) for Foreign Purchasing Specialist
???? Excellent English.
???? Strong Excel & data analysis skills.
???? ERP experience (Oracle / SAP) is a strong plus.
???? Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
