???? Role Purpose
Lead the People & Culture ecosystem, integrating culture, performance, development, and wellbeing to support Farid’s growth and expansion.
- Key Responsibilities • Lead the People & Culture strategy aligned with Farid’s vision and values • Build a healthy, purpose-driven organizational culture • Oversee the full employee lifecycle • Design performance management systems and development plans • Lead wellbeing and employee engagement initiatives • Partner with leaders to enhance people leadership capabilities • Develop HR policies and organizational frameworks • Leverage people data and insights for decision-making
- Requirements • 6+ years of experience in People, Culture, or HR • Proven leadership experience • Strong understanding of employee experience and performance management • Excellent communication and influencing skills • Genuine passion for people development and culture building
