Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Agent located in Cairo, Egypt. The Back Office Agent will be responsible for managing calls, handling operational tasks, and ensuring an efficient workflow. Typical responsibilities include supporting customer service teams, facilitating communications, managing organizational data, and providing assistance in finance or sales-related operations as assigned. Collaboration with teams to ensure effective and accurate task execution is a key part of this role.
Qualifications
Experience in Back Office Operations and proficiency in managing organizational processes effectively Strong Communication skills to handle calls and coordinate with team members Demonstrated ability in Customer Service to address queries and meet client needs Familiarity with Finance and Sales principles and practices is advantageous Attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and organizational skills are essential Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in back office operations Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage High school diploma or equivalent qualification; any additional certifications are a plus
