We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Lead to manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team in the real estate development sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, a passion for leadership, and the ability to drive revenue growth by executing strategic sales plans, building client relationships, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of real estate sales agents to meet and exceed individual and team targets. Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and monitor performance. Conduct regular training sessions on sales techniques, market trends, CRM usage, and compliance. Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive unit sales for residential and/or commercial real estate projects. Collaborate with marketing and development teams to align sales initiatives with project launches and promotional campaigns. Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to refine sales tactics. Client Relationship Management
Support the team in managing high-profile client interactions, negotiations, and deal closures. Maintain a personal sales pipeline and assist in closing major transactions. Ensure superior customer experience throughout the sales process, from inquiry to handover. Reporting & Administration
Maintain and ensure team compliance with CRM systems and reporting standards. Provide regular sales forecasts, progress updates, and insights to senior management. Oversee documentation and coordination with legal and administrative teams for deal finalization. Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in real estate, with 2+ years in a leadership role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, regulations, and development process. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
