Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Customer Service Representative located in Cairo, Egypt. The responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing support via phone and email, resolving concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and delivering an excellent customer experience. The representative will also be expected to follow company guidelines and achieve set performance targets.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Service, including the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively Experience in Customer Support to provide assistance across different communication channels Ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction and address concerns promptly Understanding of Customer Experience principles to deliver exceptional service Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in customer service is advantageous
