Responsibilities：1、Develop and implement content publishing schedules and ensure timely updates.2、Standardize brand voice and visual identity across all store accounts while allowing for local adaptation.3、Support store sales teams with social media guidance and localized content ideas.4、Monitor and analyze account performance data, generate weekly/monthly reports.5、Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with store-level promotions.6、Provide training and support to store staff to improve their content execution and engagement skills
Requirements：1. 3-5 years of hands-on social media management experience, with a strong focus on Tik Tok.2. A creative storyteller able to independently script, produce, and manage the brand's Tik Tok account end-to-end.3. Excellent briefing skills and a keen ability to identify and leverage local trends and hot topics.4. Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analysis and reporting to guide strategy.5. Fluency in English and Arabic, with the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and sales teams.
