Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Software Business Analyst based in Qesm El Nozha, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Software Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business needs, defining requirements, and enhancing business processes. Key tasks include collaborating with stakeholders to understand project objectives, translating business requirements into functional solutions, and supporting the development team in the software development lifecycle.

Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and propose actionable solutions Proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Requirements gathering for effective project execution Experience in defining and improving Business Processes to optimize efficiency and outcomes Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall is a plus Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis or a related role
