Overview:-

We are looking for a Product Manager who can navigate both product thinking and technical depth with confidence. This role sits at the center of product delivery and requires close collaboration with engineering teams, strong organizational skills and a data-aware mindset.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:-
Organizing and maintaining a structured product backlog that reflects priorities and delivery goals Supporting sprint planning and coordinating closely with engineering throughout execution cycles Engaging in technical discussions to ensure product decisions align with system capabilities and constraints Helping teams stay aligned by translating complex ideas into clear, actionable outcomes Using analytics and dashboards to monitor product performance and support informed decisions Providing direction and structure when requirements or priorities are not fully defined
Candidate Profile:-
Former software developer or very strong technical background Comfortable discussing architecture, integrations, and system behavior Experienced in backlog structuring and sprint planning Hands-on with analytics setup and dashboard building (Google Analytics, Clarity, Metabase) Able to operate in ambiguity and create clarity across teams
